RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase, if in original condition and packaging, and do not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be eligible for store credit.
The following goods are not eligible for return: Patterns, books, magazines, gift cards, and downloadable products cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 586 Bell Creek Road, Hiawassee, Ga 30546, United States.
If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty, please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
